Visit the Hunter Resort and learn about history of wine in the Hunter Region. Enjoy a tasting platter lunch offering a range of local produce. View an introductory DVD which explains the wine-making process.
Visit the home of Bluetongue Beer and enjoy a tasting paddle of the available varieties (own expense). The Ginger Beer is a must!
Visit McGuigan Wines for a private tasting with wines from the always popular Black Label to the very special Personal Reserve. You can also experience the delights of the Hunter Valley Cheese Company (time permitting).
At the quaint village of Hunter Valley Gardens stroll through the boutique shops and why not try some chocolate at the candy store - approximately 45 minutes.
