The first half hour of every tour is for setting you up with all the safety gear – a full face helmet, goggles and gloves – and then your guide will give you a safety brief on quad bike operation and get you to complete laps of the practice track until you’re feeling confident to go out on tour!!
No experience is necessary as quads are automatic and easy to use. Each tour is catered to the participants ability so first time and experienced riders are both welcome! Kangaroo Island Outdoor Action is committed to safety and reserves the right to stop any rider from continuing the tour if safety instructions are not followed.

Tour Description
The Extreme Quad Adventure is one action-packed tour!
Depart on a quad adventure of a lifetime down to a remote beach in the middle of NOWHERE!! Take a walk on a beach with no footprints after high tides or big storms, keep an eye out for hovering Sea Eagles and Ospreys and check out amazing views of the wild Southern Ocean. During winter there is also the chance to spot migrating Southern Right Whales from the top of the cliffs! With over two hours on the bike you’ll get to ride on a variety of terrain like winding trails through native bush, open grassland and of course some very extreme rocky trails!! This is the most extreme way to get off road on Kangaroo Island!

Don't want to be just another face in the crowd? We have a private option with all our tours so you can ride with just you, your guide and your family or friends! To make any tour private, all you'll need to pay is an extra $98 on top of the regular tour price, no matter what size your group is!!
