Tour Description

1 day Dolphins, Seal Cruise, Swim & Snorkel

Our 1 day Dolphin, Seals Cruise, Swim & Snorkel tour encompasses some of the Mornington Peninsula’s leading adventure activities. You will never forget these amazing encounters. See the stunning Point Nepean National Park, right at the tip of the Peninsula. It was closed to the public for more than 100 years, but you can now walk through it or delve into a remarkable military history that dates back to the 1880s. We visit the seaside village of Sorrento, playground of Melbourne’s rich and famous and hop onto the purpose built luxury vessel for our 3 hour journey into the bay where we will hopefully see wild bottle nose dolphins and Australian fur seals (94% success rate). Port Phillip Bay is a nursery for the wild bottlenose dolphins and their major birthing place is off Point Nepean. There are approximately 90 bottlenose dolphins living and breeding in Port Phillip Bay. We visit Chinaman’s Hat and Popes Eye Marine Park and search for the vast array of birdlife before returning to Melbourne. You will have the unique opportunity to get up close and personal with these graceful creatures waiting to share their underwater world with you on your swim with the dolphins and snorkel with the seals experience.
