Additional Information
The first half hour of every tour is for setting you up with all the safety gear – a full face helmet, goggles and gloves – and then your guide will give you a safety brief on quad bike operation and get you to complete laps of the practice track until you’re feeling confident to go out on tour!!
No experience is necessary as quads are automatic and easy to use. Each tour is catered to the participants ability so first time and experienced riders are both welcome! Kangaroo Island Outdoor Action is committed to safety and reserves the right to stop any rider from continuing the tour if safety instructions are not followed.

The All Terrain Action Pack is priced at $299 and includes:
2 x All Terrain Quad Adventures
1 x Sandboard
1 x Toboggan
The All Terrain Quad Adventure is designed to give you more time on the quad bike to experience the wide variety of terrain we have on offer. We’ll guide you through sand and gravel tracks, open grassland, winding tracks through native bush, and more technical rocky tracks to test your ability! We have a wide variety of terrain and give you the freedom to ride safely to the conditions and within your ability. We also have some epic lookouts over the Southern Ocean so make sure you bring your camera!
All our tours are with experienced and professional guides who can give an informative commentary on wildlife and local area history. There are lots of photo opportunities and possible sightings of Kangaroo Island’s wildlife including kangaroos, koalas, echidnas, wallabies, goannas, birdlife and more!
Top off the day with sandboarding the massive dunes of Little Sahara! Grab your boards from the team at the Kangaroo Island Outdoor Action office, who will give you a wax demonstration to make you slide better down the dunes and will also give you a few tips to keep you safe at the dunes. They will also explain how to get to Little Sahara and then you’re ready to go!!
