- One night camp permit (National Parks), barge transfers, pickups and drop offs, camp equipment (2 person tent, sleeping mat), cooking equipment, utensils and maps, itineraries, information and advice. All permits and transfers are organised.
- Able to be purchased/hired:
- Back packs, sleeping bags and torches additional $10 per item.
- What to bring:
- Bring your own food, sunsreen, insect repellant, walking shoes, hat, backpack unless hiring, lighter (for cooker), torch, swimmers, towel, water container 1lt, camera, mobile phone (for emergency contact)

This is an enjoyable 2 days 1 night Fraser Island non-guided hikers experience, unwind and relax let the troubles of the world go as you experience the beauty of Lake McKenzie at sunset or sunrise, with a full moon or just the magic of the stars.
Leave all your day to day stress behind as you stroll along the track taking in the beauty of Fraser's unique bushland. This walk will take you over creeks and past reeded lakes, through beautiful eucalypt forest, ending with Lake McKenzie the jewel in the crown. After spending a tranquil night at the hikers camp you have the morning lake to yourselves, then meander back via Kingfisher Bay Resort, for a few celebratory drinks and maybe lunch at the end of your trek.
